You hear it from us again and again: “Do you floss?” We ask because flossing matters—and the correct flossing technique matters, too. Some people believe that using a little bit of floss and wiggling it around between teeth is enough. If your goal is simply to dislodge a bit of food that’s stuck between two teeth, it will do the trick. However, if your goal is to truly clean your teeth, you need to up your game.
