Straighten Up With Invisalign® Braces

A smile can communicate many things. What is your smile saying about you?

If you’re looking for a way to straighten your smile, without the appearance of metal braces, Invisalign is right for you.

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign-v-bracesInvisalign® braces are a series of nearly invisible, custom-made, 3D-printed aligner trays that gradually shift your teeth into place. The clear plastic trays snap into place, but are removable, so you can eat, brush and floss, as usual. It is important to keep your mouth healthy throughout the straightening process. Aligner trays are changed approximately every two weeks, for a period of many months. The 3D-printed trays are each made specifically for your mouth, to gradually improve your smile.

Who Benefits from Invisalign?

Invisalign braces are for anyone looking to straighten their smile and improve their confidence, while avoiding the use of metal brackets and wires. By eliminating these elements, gum irritation is decreased. Patients may experience slight, temporary discomfort when receiving a new tray, as their teeth continue to shift into a beautifully aligned smile.

Invisalign for Adults and Teens

Invisalign is suitable for both adults and teens. If adult teeth have not yet emerged, Invisalign Teen may be recommended.

Blue indicator

Invisalign Teen uses the same technology as traditional Invisalign braces, but was developed specifically for the active lifestyles of teenagers. Invisalign Teen also features a blue wear-indicator. This blue dot, located on the molar section of the clear plastic aligner, fades to clear as the tray is worn. This helps parents and teens gauge the amount of time the braces are worn, keeping the alignment process on track.

How Much Does it Cost?

The cost of Invisalign braces, in most cases, is comparable to the price of traditional braces. Check with your insurance provider as they may cover all, or a portion, of your Invisalign treatment.

We also accept CareCredit, which may be used for dental treatments, both preventative and cosmetic. Learn more about CareCredit here.
